GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE – iwantservice.be

1. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all quotations, agreements, service deliveries, product sales and invoices issued by iwantservice.be.

All services and products offered through iwantservice.be are intended exclusively for associations, companies, self-employed professionals, liberal professions and professional clients.

By placing an order or entering into an agreement, the customer declares that they are acting within the scope of their professional activity, business or organisation and not as a consumer within the meaning of the Belgian Code of Economic Law. The customer fully accepts these general terms and conditions.

Any deviations from these terms and conditions shall only be valid if agreed upon expressly and in writing in advance.

2. Quotations and Prices

All quotations issued by iwantservice.be are non-binding unless stated otherwise. Prices are expressed in euros and exclude VAT unless indicated otherwise.

iwantservice.be reserves the right to adjust prices in the event of changes in supplier pricing, taxes, indexations or other external factors.

3. Invoicing and Payment

Invoices are payable within 14 calendar days from the invoice date, unless otherwise stated on the quotation or invoice.

In the event of late payment:

  • default interest shall be due automatically and without prior notice of default, in accordance with the statutory interest rate;
  • a fixed compensation fee of 10% of the outstanding amount shall be charged, with a minimum of €75;
  • iwantservice.be reserves the right to temporarily suspend services until all outstanding amounts have been paid.

All collection and legal costs shall be borne by the customer.

4. Delivery of Services

iwantservice.be undertakes to perform its services to the best of its ability and within a reasonable timeframe. All obligations of iwantservice.be are obligations of means and not obligations of result.

Any delivery deadlines are indicative unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

5. Hosting, Websites and Cloud Services

For hosting, cloud, backup, Microsoft 365, Odoo, website and webshop services, iwantservice.be relies on external suppliers and infrastructure providers.

iwantservice.be cannot be held liable for:

  • failures or outages at external providers;
  • internet interruptions;
  • data loss caused by third parties;
  • hacking, malware or cyberattacks;
  • temporary unavailability of services beyond its control.

The customer remains responsible for:

  • the secure storage of passwords;
  • proper user access rights;
  • the legality of published content;
  • own local backups if not explicitly included in the contract.

6. Domain Names and Licences

Domain names, software licences, Microsoft 365 subscriptions, Billit licences, cloud licences and other subscriptions remain the property of the respective providers as long as they have not been fully paid.

Annual subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled in writing at least 30 days before the expiry date.

7. Subscriptions, Web App Services and Contract Duration

For the web app, website, webshop, hosting, invoicing and cloud plans offered by iwantservice.be, including but not limited to the Lite, Start, Grow and Scale packages as published on the “Pricing”, “Solutions” and online webshop pages of iwantservice.be, a minimum contract duration of 36 months applies.

By placing an order or activating any of these services, the customer agrees to this minimum contractual commitment period.

The contract can only be terminated in writing by registered letter, at least 3 months prior to the annual renewal date of the contract.

In the event of early termination of the contract before the end of the minimum contract term, all remaining subscription fees for the full contract period shall remain fully due.

These remaining amounts must be paid in a single payment within 7 calendar days of the invoice date or the due date of the final invoice.

In the event of non-payment, iwantservice.be reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate the provided services.

8. Maintenance and Support

Support and maintenance are provided during normal business hours unless otherwise agreed through an SLA or maintenance agreement.

Interventions outside business hours may be invoiced additionally.

9. Liability

In all cases, the liability of iwantservice.be shall be limited to the amount of the relevant invoice or service provided.

iwantservice.be can never be held liable for:

  • indirect damages;
  • loss of profits;
  • loss of data;
  • business interruption;
  • consequential damages;
  • loss of customers or reputational damage.

10. Complaints

Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 8 calendar days after the delivery of the goods or the performance of the services.

After this period, the delivered services shall be deemed definitively accepted.

11. Force Majeure

iwantservice.be shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure, including but not limited to:

  • power outages;
  • internet outages;
  • cyberattacks;
  • strikes;
  • government measures;
  • issues affecting suppliers or data centres.

12. Privacy and Data Processing

iwantservice.be processes personal data in accordance with applicable GDPR legislation. More information is available in the privacy policy on the website.

13. Governing Law and Competent Court

All agreements with iwantservice.be shall be governed exclusively by Belgian law.

In the event of disputes, only the courts of the district of East Flanders shall have jurisdiction.
